For the convention circuit this year, we created a limited edition Dominion Jack comic to promote the digital ChapterHouse series True Patriot Presents and new Dominion Jack adventures within. We debuted it at Ottawa Comic Con and I’ve had it at various events since (Prose in the Park and the Canada 150 event at Big B Niagara) and I’ll have them with me at the upcoming Ottawa Author’s Markets and Toronto’s FanExpo shows. True Patriot Celebrates Canada 150 at Big B Niagara!
On July 1st, we celebrated Canada Day in style at Big B Comics in Niagara Falls. In honour of Canada’s 150th Birthday, we gave away 150 copies of True Patriot Volume 2, as well as gave away a special limited print, a wonderful homage drawn by Dominion Jack artist Hugh Rookwood for the occasion.
Thanks to Big B for the hospitality and to all our fans who came by. Lots of fun had by all!
